Welcome to the Nassau Alliance for Addiction Services (NAFAS) Website…a resource for individuals searching for help in dealing with drug, alcohol or gambling dependency, addiction or abuse. If you, or someone that you care about has a problem, or is in need of help, NAFAS can provide immediate information and referral sources.

NAFAS is a not-for-profit coalition of 26 community-based agencies across Nassau County, Long Island. We are committed to delivering affordable, accessible and comprehensive prevention and treatment services to individuals and families struggling with the consequences of drug, alcohol, gambling and other addictions and abuses.

1. New Jersey Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Rehab Centers. List of all Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment facilities - ratings, address, treatment models, maps, websites, and more.
2. Outpatient day treatment or partial hospitalization (3) Day programs that offer a higher level of care than standard outpatient care. Intensive outpatient treatment (17) IOP may be recommended for those who do not need a medically-supervised detox.

These therapies and services are available through professional treatment programs that specialize in addressing compulsive gambling, with or without a co-occurring substance use disorder. Treatment may take place at an inpatient facility, where 24-hour supervision and support are provided, or at an outpatient rehab program, which offers.
